After learning about Fascia Blasting online, I purchased my first blasters and immediately began working on my face and body and absolutely loved the results that I got.   Not long after I began Fascia Blasting my own face and body did I pair my blasting routine with regular use of a steam room sauna and it became a regular part of my self care routine.
